The products offered in this collection have been specially selected to suit the needs of builders – they are convenient to install and a budget friendly option for bulk builds.

PROJECT TIMELINE

CUSTOMER SELECTS A FINISH

Design / collection can be chosen at a later stage so the job isn’t held up.

ROUGH-IN STAGE

Rough-in Kits can be installed in the selected finish. This can be completed before final tapware selection needs to be made.

PLASTER & TILE WALLS + FINAL TAPWARE SELECTION

If a collection has not been chosen yet, customer can make the final selection in the finish selected earlier.

FIT-OFF STAGE

Install trim kit. This stage can be carried out by an apprentice if needed.

FLEXIBLE DESIGN

In the Phoenix Builders Collection, the rough-in kits and trim kits are sold separately for the: • Shower / Wall Mixer • Shower / Bath Diverter Mixer • Wall Mixer Set 200mm

This allows our customers to complete the rough-in stage before the final tapware selection needs to be made. Each of the Builders rough-in kits are suitable for use with Arlo, Ivy MKII, Pina or Teva products.
