e are so excited you have taken the plunge into learning photography. We have a packed full workshop in store for you.
This workshop is going to get you off AUTO and taking control of the images you take. You are going to feel more confident behind your camera. Many of you bought a nice camera hoping it would take better pictures, but quickly became overwhelmed by all of the feature and options you camera had. Please arrive a few minutes early so you can get everything out and ready...we have a full day and lots of good stuff to teach!

{Basic Photography Terms} - Photography can seem a little scary sometimes because you don’t understand the terms. We will break down basic terms and help you to put the main concepts of photography together.

Afternoon Schedule
{Let’s start shooting} We will be going outside (weather permitting) to put the concepts we talked about in the morning into action.

We will also provide information about vendors to purchase photography equipment. {Q/A} Hit us with your questions from the day! Let’s face it...we are going to give you LOTS of information. We hope through hearing about it and then putting it into action in the afternoon you will start to have a good starting point to go and learn on your own...

Directions
Directions from Topeka: 75 North for about 30 miles. 75 will take you right to Holton. Turn right (east) on to 4th Street at first stop light. Turn right (south) onto New York Street at first stop light. Turn left (west) into first alley way. Studio is on the south side of the alley way.
