The project was named in French language: Le Grand Jardin Following the idea of the name, we decided the main concept is NATURE LIVING This is the combination of the free wings of youth (the lively bird) and the flower petals (the tranqil bird of paradise flower) bring the beauty from the inside out, from the soul to the form, from the lifestyle to the quality of the project.

Inspired by the world-famous Central Park in New York, Vinhomes Central Park evokes the imagination of an urban area, the most modern and advanced park, converging all the highest standards, located in prime location in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, extremely convenient on transportation and maintain a fresh environment, in harmony with the nature of the Saigon River.

AOSTUDIO was so proud to be a part of the project from the beginning. After long hard working time with supports from developer, we were successful to proposed the concept for 2 largest parts of the project: The Landmark 81 and Villas.

VINHOMES CENTRAL PARK


LANDMARK 81 Landmark 81, with 81 stories in the center of the Landmark, is the heart of Vietnam's most luxurious and modern urban area, Vinhomes Central Park.

LandmarkL 81 not only broke the record for height but also broke other records such as the highest observation deck in Vietnam, the tallest apartment in Vietnam and the highest Bar & Restaurant in Southeast Asia.

Landmark 81 was designed by British architect Atkins with his partner, the engineering group Arup, which exceeds the height of landmark structures, including Chicago’s Willis Tower and Kuala Lumpur’s Petrona Towers.

The concept Inspired by the image of "bamboo bundle", the traditional symbol for the strength of the unity and prosperity of the Vietnamese.

Landmark 81 has a shape that goes beyond the blue sky as a sign of a strong development. Expressing the aspirations of the world in Vietnam.

Imperia SKy Garden with the unique garden on rooftopunique images, we build the concept : TOUCH YOUR DREAM LIFE. 1. Touch the green life: Urban may be wider, more modern but the green always carries in itself an eternal value. This is a proven fact in developed countries around the world.Green is the priceless property of biggest cities in the world. Mik Group understands this value. Imperia Sky Garden w be one of the most unique green building in Hanoi where you can touch blue sky, green garden, freah air and water in every corner. ( Sống chạm xanh - xanh cảu bầu trời, xanh cỏ cây hoa lá, xanh của mặt nước, xanh của không gian nơi đây) 2. Touch the morden life: Following Hanoian behavior, we saw their pain points and their needs in today living where they can find at Imperia Sky Garden by its advantages (Developer, location, unique design...)
