Green density m2/person
URBANIZATION PROBLEM IN A DEVOLOPING COUNTRY At the end of XX and the begining of XXI century, we have witnessed the hasty emergence and devolopment of urban in Viet Nam such as Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang,... This causes the climate change, invironmental pollution, decrease of tree density and public space in the city. Instead of greenery space is many high-rises appearence. It is hard to ensure the green density reaches international standard. Why the high-rises especially high-rise apartments are reason for lack of tree in urban? According to the Ministry of Construction, green density for building is 40%. It only serves ground floor. When the 5 - 30 floors apartment building, the number of people increase 5 - 30 times. Green density is not enough for citizen.

For decades, it is not improved and life quality of citizen is seriously affected especially in rain season. In the other side, it also has bad effect on urban and channel side landscape. Which must be used as park and place of activities for citizen.

BUFFER SPACE BETWEEN THE OLD BUILDINGS BIM competition
The selected area is located in Thanh Da condominium which was built before 1975 with the long and seperated blocks. Life of each person who is living their own apartment is really boring and lack of connection. The ground floors of the apartment are just used as place for business although the other activities are also very important.
Buffer space is not used as the spaces that have main functions. But they support and increase the value of them. We want to create the buffer spaces between these blocks by adding the connected briges and lightweight structure roofs by fabric or policacbonat ...

TAY NGUYEN MUSEUM OF NATURE _ PART OF LANDSCAPE Granduation project_2017
Take care, find right measure and envision the placement of the proposed building in the landscape over and over again to see whether the landscape accepts it. [...] Through inner appreciation, not through theoretical argumentation. Peter Zumthor
