Outdoor exercise was the quickest to get the green light last time, and it’s the same as we emerge from this latest lockdown: 29 March was the ‘go’ date for outdoor GX for fewer than six people. There’s a quick win here for clubs with outdoor space, and not only in terms of re-opening existing facilities such as tennis courts. Even just a small outside area can be turned into a fantastic personal training or socially distanced group training zone.
