He began his career at PIA in 2007, and is recognized for his lobbying efforts on Capitol Hill and leadership at the PIA National Federal Legislative Summit before being named the CEO in 2013. Before working for PIA National, Becker worked on the congressional relations team for the Consumer Healthcare Products Association, and he was a legislative staffer on Capitol Hill. Becker received his bachelor’s degree in government and international politics from George Mason University in Fairfax, Va.

ARTURO CATAPANG Arturo Catapang is the CEO and managing principal at Coastline Risk Inc., dba Budrisk—a specialty insurance agency in Needham, Mass. Over his more than 30 year career in the industry, Catapang has developed and implemented specialty insurance programs to target industry segments. Additionally, he manages retail operations and sales for a distribution channel of agents in the Northeast, and he specializes in insurance for industries including real estate, hospitality, transportation, and sports and entertainment. Catapang’s brokerage focuses on the cannabis ecosystem specifically.
