Lori Mirabelli is a lyrical abstract painter based in Newmarket, Ontario. She uses a personal language of form, colour and line to explore the complexities of the inner cit y of Toronto. Lori Mirabelli paints intuitively allowing her fascination with the hustle and bustle of the downtown core of Toronto to guide her. For Lori Mirabelli, abstract forms allow her to represent complicated relationships between individuals and social environments.

A
William Cooke started painting at fifteen and then went on to study illustration at Sheridan College. After he graduated in 2003 his work began to employ a more multidisciplinary approach influenced by techniques from the film industry. He went on to receive a film grant from the Canada Arts Council as well as the Ontario Arts Council. Photography was a natural progression for his art. In his work you see a compositional fusion of painting and motion. Photographing light trails excites him as it combines abstract expressionism, gesture and supports his new love for minimalism.
