pJ:с 2016-2017 THE DESTINATION PACKAGE Enjoy exclusive use of Perricoota Vines Retreat over 2 days (usually a weekend). We provide you with a perfect place to hold your preparations, the ceremony, reception celebrations and accommodation (66 people in 21 villas) for your wedding guests in our luxurious lakeside and garden spa villas. All of our villas must be booked by your guests when holding your reception here giving your guests an opportunity to spend a weekend away unwinding, socialising and celebrating together. Stay the night before your wedding and you can spend time with your family and bridal party enjoying a relaxed dinner at one our poolside BBQ’s. When the big day arrives you can have your hair and makeup artists visit your villa and relax knowing that final preparations are taken care of. The resort is yours, enjoy every moment in privacy. THE CEREMONY PACKAGE You can choose to say your wedding vows under our beautiful Island Arbour and then you and your guests can enjoy drinks and nibbles at The Vines Lakehouse or our Island Bar (additional costs apply). Or simply say your I Do’s and then head to your chosen venue for your reception. Set against the backdrop of flowing willows, enjoy a tranquil ceremony beside our serene lake. Your ceremony includes 50 padded chairs and 6 market umbrellas ensuring your guest’s comfort on the day.

The resort has 21 luxurious self-contained villas to choose from with studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom villa options available. Our villas feature recycled timber showering rooms with sunlight, reclaimed timber floors, bench tops, decks and kitchens all add to the secluded country charm of the Perricoota Vines Retreat experience. Modern amenities include plasma televisions, microwaves, dishwashers, Wi-Fi hotspots and most villas with laundry facilities. Chic bedding, ceiling fans, spacious vanity areas all add to the comfort and convenience of your stay.

f(quнtly аked qu-i1 Can I just have my ceremony at PVR? Yes you are most welcome to have your ceremony under our Island Arbor and then head off to your chosen reception venue. Do I have to book any of the accommodation if I am having my ceremony at Perricoota Vines Retreat? No you don’t have to book any of our villas when having just your ceremony here. Do I have to book any of the accommodation if I am having my reception at Perricoota Vines Retreat? Due to the potential for noise disruption to other guests not attending your wedding, receptions cannot be held at Perricoota Vines Retreat without reserving all of our 21 villas for your guests use. Can we supply our own alcohol at the ceremony or reception? PVR is a fully licensed venue and as such no BYO alcohol is permitted. BYO alcohol is only permitted to be consumed by guests in the villas. What time does the reception and beverages start/conclude? Our receptions begin and the bar opens at 5:30 and concludes at 11pm (5.5 hours). Guests are required to vacate function room by 11-30pm. Can we stay just one night? PVR has a 2 night minimum stay required with longer stays required at certain times of the year. In some instances 1 night stays are permitted although they do attract higher rates. Can children attend weddings? Certainly, however, we do ask that they be supervised at all times. Babysitters can be arranged at an additional cost.
What can my guests do whilst I'm having photos taken? Our Lakeside Function Room is available after the ceremony should you wish to serve drinks and canapes (minimum charges apply). Or should you wish just to serve drinks, our Island Bar is ideal. Right next to the ceremony location, it is available for pre and post-ceremony drinks. (Bar tab or guest purchase options available). I’m booking the resort for the wedding weekend. With this exclusive use, what catering options do you offer? If you choose to have your reception here, you can say farewell to your guests and host a Recovery Breakfast at our poolside Recreation Room BBQ area. You can either self cater or we can recommend some local caterers who will take care of all the details for you. Please speak to our Function Co-Ordinator about pre-booking this option. (Bookings essential) Do you offer special rates for midweek or winter weddings? Yes we can offer some great rates, should you wish to marry on a weekday or during the quieter winter period. Our spacious and opulent Lakeside Function room is the ideal contingency plan should the weather not be favourable on the day. Do you offer general discounts? We appreciate the high cost of planning a wedding and therefore offer cost-effective alternatives over quieter months. Please keep in mind, Perricoota Vines is a highly sought after location and offers an extremely unique, experience for “Destination Weddings”. Our prices are already designed to be an affordable option for those seeking a more sophisticated, private and relaxed event and are therefore non negotiable. Thank you for understanding.
