Kuroimori lives and works in Tokyo. After working in various positions in music and mass media, the artist started working as an illustrator in 2019. His hobbies include gaming and playing the accordion. His first illustration collection, Kohaku-iro no kukan kitan (Steam Reverie in Amber), was published by Jitsugyo no Nihonsha.
