ORDER INFO

Opening Order Minimum - $250 | Reorder Minimum - $150

Place an order online at thedarlingeffect.paperform.co, or email us at orders@elsacreative.com and our team will help you with next steps! From there, we will connect you with a sales representative from your area if applicable.

Orders can be expected to ship within 3-5 business days (longer during peak times).

If ordered items become unavailable, we will backorder the items and ship them at no additional charge once they are back in stock, so that ready-toship products are not held up.

Product will ship directly from our facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

A 9% shipping charge will be applied to all orders (with the exception of Carry-It-All Tote Bag shipments).

A 12% shipping charge will be applied to all Carry-It-All Tote Bag orders.

PAYMENT INFO

Parent company Pieces of Me LLC / Elsa Creative may appear as the description on your credit card statement for The Darling Effect order charges.

All major credit cards will be accepted including: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Account information with be kept on file for all future orders, but will not be shared with third parties.

If there is a delay in credit card processing due to being declined, order will not ship until new card information is obtained.

A Wholesale Invoice will be included in every shipment. An electronic copy of an invoice may be requested by emailing orders@elsacreative.com

RETURN INFO

We do not accept returns on wholesale orders, with the exception of defective merchandise.

Any and all returns will be at the discretion of The Darling Effect.

Returns will not be processed until merchandise is received at The Darling Effect facility.

All return shipping charges incurred will be the responsibility of the retailer.

If the retailer has shipping carrier limitations or a routing guide, it is their responsibility to notify their sales rep or The Darling Effect Team at the time of order placement.
