Counselor in Training (CIT)

ages 5–7 r$542 N$572 Join our dynamic small group summer camp to exercise your creativity and get active. Each day campers will take on cool art projects and challenging, fun activities.

Three days a week will be dedicated to clay projects and Kung Fu. Kung Fu will start with a brief meditation and move into warm up games and non-competitive mixed martial arts practice. The Kung Fu section will end with breaking a board with a punch or kick (optional). The other two days will have changing art themes (mosaics, exploding chalk, marbleized rocks, slime, light jars, etc.) and organized active games. There will also be free time each day, walk on stilts, balance on a slack line, read, make giant bubbles, play board games, play on the climbing structure or draw. Beginning Photography

Let’s Go to the Beach!

We’ll explore all the sights and sounds of the beach and the friendly ocean creatures in each three week session. Class participants will learn finger-plays, bounces, engaging songs, movement activities, and more! Battle Robotics

grades 6–8 r$200 N$225 Build and program robots to compete in exciting battles such as: Sumo Robots and King of the Hill. We will use VEX EDR, an integrated system of motors, wheels, metal and sensors. While building robots, students will also build life skills such as teamwork, problem-solving and critical thinking. Instruction will be tailored to the experience level of the students. The class is taught by members of the award-winning Double Play VEX Robotics Team.
