- Bernard Hanamichi Debate Club vice president

The club was founded this spring, and has about five to six club members.

Sence Pammit, a 20-yearold psychology major at Pierce, is one of the few members the club has.

“We are hoping to input new members into the club,” said Pammit. “Because it is so new, it is up to us to make it our own.”

President James Depaolo, the Debate Club’s founder, hosts a radio show called “And Another Thing” at Pierce’s online radio station, KPCRadio.com every Monday at 11:00 a.m.

Club members said that they couldn’t think of a better man to be the club’s president. Iqra Hamid, 20, said she was likely to join the club if she had more time.

“It seems interesting enough to join,” said Hamid. “I think it would help me articulate ideas better because I have a problem doing that, it could allow me to express myself.”

The club is currently in the process of finding a room to host meetings in.
