PIERREPONT HICKS SPRING SUMMER 2013 NECKWEAR LOOKBOOK
“Traveling abroad is a good excuse to dress up, not down.”
"There's no better remedy than a swim in the sea."
“Don’t own a pet that you can’t take for a walk.”
“Eat like a local. Tip like an American.”
"Wear white after Labor Day. It's always summer somewhere."
"If you're going to wear a tie, commit. Button the top button."
"The man at the grill is the closest thing we have to a king. Fetch him beers."
Walker Lamond is a writer, producer, and longtime friend of Pierrepont Hicks. As the author of the popular blog Rules for My Unborn Son, Walker is a tumblr pioneer whose old school guide to the new civility helped convince all the young dudes that it was hip to be square, or at least dress like one. Walker's also made documentaries about Bob Dylan and the New York Dolls, made television for National Geographic, and these days finds himself living abroad exploring the mysteries of the middle east. In a coat and tie, of course.
