To keep you informed of current MoneyGuide Policies, InfoSec would like to share a few reminders with you.

This month’s security reminder: MoneyGuide Guest WiFi Policy

MoneyGuide provides WiFi Internet access as a convenience for guests visiting MG offices; however, employees are permitted to utilize for personal devices such as cell phones and tablets.

Do not attempt to connect your networkwired work PC to the WiFi network.

MoneyGuide is not responsible for any virus infections or damages to personal devices when using the WiFi network. Use virus protection when available, and use the network at your own risk.

The MoneyGuide WiFi network connection may e subject to monitoring. Devices with excessive bandwidth usage, sending disruptive signals, or violation of any portion of the “MG Guest WiFi Policy” could be subject to permanent disconnection.

You may access the “MoneyGuide Guest WiFi Policy”, and all other current MoneyGuide Policies, by going to the MoneyGuide Policies SharePoint site. Questions or concerns related to the policies should be directed to InfoSec.
