Welcome to our 2015 catalogue! PilgrimWaters is an elegant, edgy, sophisticated, playful unique lifestyle brand. We are passionate about functional art and design and are based in Boston Massachusetts. Susy Pilgrim Waters is an award winning illustrator and designer and together with husband Keith Waters we are expanding surface designs to a range of new products. Susy Waters met Keith Waters at art school in London and moved to the USA in 1988 where Susy began here Illustration career. Keith spent many years in software technology and together they have made groovy lamps, hand sewn hats (Boston Beanies), painted numerous panel paintings, screen printed fab clothes/dresses, leather bags and constructed a line of large bread proofing trays. With a passion for everyday functional objects - that are aesthetically eye catching, sophisticated and thoughtful - we are constantly in process with new ideas to delight the eye. scarves
Our scarves are woven in two variations - a cashmere/merino blend and all merino. The blend is 60% cashmere and 40% merino while the merino scarves are 100% merino. Our blends are carefully selected to provide a very fine, warm and soft-to-the-touch feel. We have four designs - bloom, until, boulder and cosmos. Each piece is individually handwoven in Kathmandu Nepal where our unique color combinations are silk screened. mesa trays
Our trays are hand crafted and silk screen printed in small quantities. Ideal for all occasions; drinks on the deck, breakfast in bed or an extra surface for parties. Made in the USA from baltic ply and poplar. Enjoy with gusto! Bread proofing trays printed both sides in red, black, white and blue. In addition two full color versions are available in red and black.

Individually handwoven and hand silk screened in Kathmandu Nepal our throws are soft and warm to the touch. The fine weave allows the color of our signature PilgrimWaters design to show through both sides. The surface design is inspired by large worn river rocks, their shape and color provide a bold statement. We suggested dry clean only care. Each collection is a fresh order from Nepal has its own unique characteristics. They are limited editions. 30% silk and 70% wool.

TERMS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS Wholesale orders can be placed by email to sales@pilgrimwaters.com, by calling (857) 400-0962 or (617) 584-7582. Orders must be pre-paid by credit card, business check or PayPal. Our minimum opening order must be more than $600 and depends on the ordered items. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover cards. All payments will be processed before shipment. PilgrimWaters is under no obligation to extend credit to the buyer. A late charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all past due accounts. Internal shipments are due in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. SHIPPING WITHIN THE US Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for deliver of items in stock. For manufacturing runs please allow 6 to 8 weeks. Turn around time may vary depending on availability and volume. Expected delivery will be discussed at the time the order is placed. A shipping confirmation will be sent via e-mail. All parcels will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Shipping costs are in addition to the item costs. For time sensitive orders, expedited shipping is available at additional cost. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS International shipping costs will be calculated based on weight and the requested method of transport. Taxes, landing fees and custom fees may apply at the time of delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer. PilgrimWaters is not responsible for these charges or any carrier delays. DYE LOT AND OTHER VARIATIONS Since PilgrimWaters products are hand made, hand woven and had screen printed there may well be slight variations in color and texture depending on the items. For our scarves and throws such variations are not considered flaws or defects but rather an integral characteristic of natural fibers. CANCELLATIONS No cancellations will be permitted without PilgrimWaters approval. A cancellation request will be examined on it’s own merits and must be in writing. RETURN POLICY Requests for returns and exchanges must be submitted by phone or e-mail within one week of delivery. Merchandise must be returned unopened and unused in it’s original packaging. A refund will be issued once we have received the merchandise. Shipping costs are not refunded. COPYRIGHT All PilgrimWaters designs and prints are copyright protected. The purchase of any PilgrimWaters products does not grant the purchaser license of rights to use the designs themselves, or any derivative uses without prior approval from PilgirmWaters.
