In MyStory, you expressed where you have been, where you are now and where you would like to be. MyStory-Future asks you to reflect further. MyStory-Future is the start to writing your next chapter. To partner with you on your health journey, we truly wish to understand your desired future---Where would you like to be? What does it look like? How will you get there?
