Wesgro is proud to sponsor this year’s Pink Loerie Mardi Gras and Arts Festival.

Over the past seventeen years the Festival has grown and become one of Knysna and the Cape’s premier lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ+) celebrations and significant contributor to the local economy.

The inclusion of a social awareness component and workshops on the visibility and representation of often marginalised groups such as black lesbians in this year’s programme comes at a crucial time in a society, and we hope will go a long way to ensure a more representative Festival and promote pride-consciousness.
