Payment terms are credit card only. Visa, Mastercard, Discover or AmEx accepted. Shipments originate from Madison, MS at full cost to customer. UPS Ground. Domestic shipping only. Local delivery in the Jackson area is available for $10 per order. Shipping charges are calculated when the order is packed. In stock items ship in 10-15 business days unless we inform you otherwise. Pink Peppermint Paper, LLC. is not responsible for carrier delays. Damage & Returns All claims for defective merchandise must me made to PPP within 5 days of receipt of goods. Claims resulting from shipping damage must be filed with the carrier. Returns must be pre-authorized, reported by phone or email and postmarked within five days of reporting. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All merchandise must be returned in saleable condition—unopened, unused and in its original packaging. We will gladly correct any errors we have made with your order, but we do not offer refunds or exchanges for goods damaged or unsold after receipt.
