A LITTLE BIT OF SMALL PRINT - AT A GLANCE!

The prices in the hotel are in Euro per person and per day. They are inclusive of the Penzinghof pampering half board - plus all listed holiday treats from 1 week stay. The local tax of € 2,20 per person per day is not included in the price and will be charged from 16 years (born in 2004 and older). Anyone who stays longer in the Penzinghof will be rewarded - from 8 days we grant a reduction of 3%.

Single supplement for double room € 15/day, double room Oberndorf deluxe/small mezzanine € 25/day, studio apartment € 45/day. In the new studios: with a minimum of 2 people paying full price.

General information on request we have special beds and rooms with wooden floors for people who suffer from allergies. We are sorry to be unable to confirm certain rooms or floors upon time of booking.

Overnight with breakfast refund for not dining is € 10 for adults/day and € 5 for children/day.

Cancellations sound annoying and are a nuisance. It is a shame when rooms that others would have liked to book stay vacant. Our request to you: In case of cancellation we appreciate being notified in good time. Cancellation conditions: Up to 31 days before the holiday = free of charge From 30 days - 8 days = 40 % of total booking price From 7 days - 1 day = 70 % of total booking price For late arrival or early departure we charge the full booking price = 100%

Be on the safe side - with travel cancellation insurance. We are happy to book it for you if you let us know. Cancellation conditions apply according to Austrian hotel regulations.

Arrival - your room will be ready from approx. 2 p.m. Should you arrive after 8 p.m. please let us know and we are happy to prepare a little snack for you.

Departure - on the day of your departure your room has to be vacated by 11 a.m.

Late check-out without room - if you only stay for one night, you can use our Lavender Spa on the arrival day from 10 a.m. and on the departure day until 7 p.m. for an extra cost of only € 20,-. This cost is omitted for stays of several days. Late check-out with room - if you don’t want your holidays to end just yet, you have the option of booking a late checkout for your room for a surcharge of 50 % of your room price (depending on availability).

Well-behaved cats or dogs are welcome. Charges of € 13/day apply (excl. food). Please bring along a blanket and a basket. We appreciate your understanding that pets are not allowed in the dining area or the Lavender Spa and infinity pool. We reserve the right to charge for a final cleaning if necessary.
