SMALL PRINT all at a glance
The prices in the hotel are in Euro per person and per day. They are inclusive of the Penzinghof pampering half board - plus all listed holiday treats from 1 week stay. The local tax of €2.20 per person per day is not included in the price and will be charged from 16 years (born in 2004 and older). Anyone who stays longer in the Penzinghof will be rewarded - from 8 days we grant a reduction of 3%.

Single room supplement - in a double room €15 per day, in the DOL & in the Small Gallery €25 per day & in the studio €45 per day - in the new studios at least 2 full-paying guests.
General room information - we are happy to offer rooms with a wood floor for allergy sufferers. We can not agree to specific rooms or floors with your reservation. We try to take your wishes into account.
Overnight with breakfast - in the absence of the dinner menu we will charge you €10 per adult/day, children €5 per day.
Cancellations sound annoying & are annoying. It’s too bad if rooms are empty when others would have liked to come. Our request - inform us in time. Cancellation policy: Up to 31 days = free From 30 days - 8 days = 40% of the stay From 7 days - 1 day = 70% of the stay In case of late arrival & early departure we charge the total amount = 100%
With travel insurance you are on the safe side. We are happy to handle the issuance of travel cancellation insurance for you. The Austrian Hotel Rules apply.

Arrival - your room is ready from about 2 o’clock p.m. For late arrival (after 8 o’clock) please let us know – we’ll be happy to prepare a snack for you.
Departure - on the day of departure we will provide you the room until 11 o'clock.
Arrival/departure treat - if you stay only one night in the Penzinghof, you can use our Lavender Spa for a surcharge of €20 per person on the day of arrival from 10 clock and on the day of departure until 7 o’clock p.m. This price is not applicable for stays of several days. Dogs & cats, if well trained - €13 per day without food. Please bring your own blanket and baskets. We ask for your understanding that your four-legged family member is not allowed in the dining room, the Lavender Spa/Infinity Pool. We reserve the right to charge for any required final cleaning.

For a cash payment on arrival you will receive a discount of 1%. We recommend payment in cash, debit card, Visa or Mastercard.
Price changes, misprints and errors, as well as changes to offers reserved. With the appearance of the new price list all previous ones lose their validity. The provisions of Austrian Hotel Contract Law apply.
