The Pioneer Square website also includes business listings for visitors to peruse. We encourage you to check out your listing, make sure everything looks up-to-date, and let us know if you need any changes by emailing info@pioneersquare.org. Don't forget to post your event on other organizations' calendars, including but not limited to The Stranger, Seattle Weekly, Seattle Met, and the City of Seattle. PIONEER SQUARE Business Marketing Toolkit Help Your Customers Travel Smarter Public Transit Options Pioneer Square is at the nexus of several transit options and is one of the most walkable neighborhood in Seattle. Stations, tunnels, terminals and stops act as gateways to the Square and are embedded throughout the neighborhood connecting your customers anywhere they need to go. Encourage your visitors to navigate their way to this historic hood via public transit: - Bus - kingcounty.gov/depts/transportation/metro - Commuter Train & Light Rail - soundtransit.org - Streetcar - seattlestreetcar.org/how-to-ride/first-hill-line - Water Taxi - kingcounty.gov/depts/transportation/water-taxi - Ferry - wsdot.wa.gov/ferries

Parking Made Infinitely Easier DowtownSeattleParking.com If transit isn’t in the cards for your customers, where do they park? Tell them to check out the mobile-friendly DowntownSeattleParking.com for parking locations throughout the neighborhood. Many of these parking garages have rates comparable or cheaper than on-street parking. In Pioneer Square we have three garages that are only $3 an hour to park: the First & Columbia Garage, the Stadium Place Garage (on Occidental Ave S near S King St), and the Butler Garage (on James St and 2nd Ave S). Make sure to add a link to DowntownSeattleParking.com to your website and let your visitors know to use this resource. To learn more about the program, visit www.bit.ly/PSQParkingToolkit.

It’s a Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood Business to Business Collaboration Works One of the best parts about doing business in Pioneer Square is the strong sense of community in our district. Neighboring businesses routinely collaborate, send customers to each other, and find creative ways to support one another’s goals while building strong connections. Get to know your neighbors, check out what they have to offer, and see if there are ways you can mutually benefit from collaborating. Specific examples of ways to approach this could include carrying/using each other’s products, hosting a joint promotion or event, and finding innovative ways to cross-promote and build up customer networks.
