BUILDING HEIGHT
The site is oriented almost perpendicular to the North which is the river side giving the maximum opportunity for taking the view of the river without direct sunlight. Moreover, the wind direction will also blow the steam into the site helping cooling it down. The surrounding buildings are too short to provide shading. -

site located infront of the river so the building should face to the river but for this building alignment on the side is blocking the view from other building.
Rotate the building and twist some part of the building to get void, sun , and air.For this alignment every unit can get the view to the river but some part of the building is facing to another building.
Final alignment, every unit can get the view to the river, indirect sun and get a way from noise.
