EXAMPLE

1 litre of burnt diesel creates 2.6kg of CO 2, therefore, with an average diesel pressure washer burning 6.95l/hr this equates to 18.07kg of CO 2 per hour of operation. If we say it was in operation for an average of 3 hours per day, 300 days a year, the CO2 figure annually is over 16 tons

Walk Behind Traction Sweepers

Sweeping of floors may sound obvious, however, if you wish to use a scrubber-drier on the area then it is imperative that the area is swept and free of debris beforehand so not to damage the scrubber drier.

240v Single Phase Pedestrian Scrubber - Driers

A scrubber-Drier, or floor scrubber works by using one or more rotating brushes which act on the floor surface and replicate the action of a scrubbing brush.

The cleaning action is enhanced by the introduction of a cleaning solution to agitate the dirt away from the floor.

A squeegee blade and vacuum at the rear of the machine then collects the dirty water.

Tank Wash in a Box

We pride ourselves in the ability to provide our customers cleaning systems that cannot be bought off the shelf. This can be from a wastewater capture tank with waste pump and cleaning head winch to a highpressure steam generator.

We also build complete ‘tank wash in a box’ systems for here in the UK and as far afield as Taiwan.

Fleetclean Ltd Chemicals

We have provided our branded chemicals for many years, adjusting, and modifying them as industry changes. There is an array of different chemicals we can supply, from standard Traffic Film Remover (TFR) to low foaming cleaning detergents essential for scrubber-driers.

Additionally, if we don’t stock a particular product our manufacturer will produce it for us within a quick time frame so we can get it to you asap.

Products can be supplied in 25, 205 or 1000L quantities.

We offer a range of services which include outright purchases, Service Contracts, Short-Term and FixedTerm Hire packages to accommodate any individual, Company or Industry.

Sales And Hire

Services Provided

FIXED TERM HIRE

The Fixed Term hire price remains constant throughout the period and covers the supply of equipment, all parts, all servicing costs, all break down costs, free loan equipment and staff training. We take full responsibility for the scheduling of all services and repairs. We also provide training to your staff ensuring they are familiar with the correct operating procedures and daily maintenance of the equipment and that it can be used to its optimum performance level. This training is documented, and you have a copy of all those personnel who have b een trained by our engineer upon delivery. The Fixed Term Hire durations are 36 or 60 months.

• Initial supply and commissioning of machine.

• Staff training with certification.

• Regular servicing including parts, labour, and travel.

• Priority Breakdown cover including parts, labour, and travel.

• Loan Equipment if the repair cannot be completed within a reasonable time.

• Peace of mind throughout the hire term.

SHORT-TERM HIRE

We have a large Short-Term hire fleet which covers most eventualities. Short -Term hire starts from 1 day in duration and is quoted on a case-by-case basis due to the length of hire and additional items required. The price quoted will include delivery, collection, and training.

OUTRIGHT PURCHASE

We believe that good customer service should be at the forefront of our business and as such with an outright purchase from us we will honor your warranty period. This means you don’t have to try and sort a warranty issue with the manufacturer as we will repair your machine and claim it directly with them. This means you are more likely to have your machine back in a timelier manner.

STANDARD SERVICE CONTRACT

We can also provide an annual service contract on the machine to maintain the equipment to the highest of standards to ensure its longevity , which most of our customers initiate after their purchase. However, we will happily initiate a service contract for a machine that hasn’t been purchased from us once it has passed the appropriate inspection.

• Includes an agreed number of services spread equally during contract year.

• Includes all labour and travel during services (limits apply).

• Includes Portable Appliance Test.

• Oil pump change (if applicable).

• Any parts fitted will be at the discount rate of 10%.

• Any interim call out charges will be discounted by 50%.
