Another one tells a story about the Indian chief Beru who was asked about the name of the country by Spanish discoverers, but didn’t understood their language and gave them his name. In Peru many places are mysterious, impenetrable, interesting, Although we’ve spent there some time, we haven’t managed to see even a part of what we ought to. Why is it so? Because we’ve been enraptured with the beauty of the nature in a form of …a beautiful wave. MYSTICALLY, MAGICALLY… Pacasmayo is a small town which is placed 1 km from El Faro Adventure Resort where we will stay. Undoubtedly, it’s a magical and mysterious place. The whole secret is in omnipresent minimalism and simplicity. You won’t find luxury, beautiful apartments or expensive restaurants here, as it’s not the most important in Pacasmayo. Complete relaxation, full harmony with the nature and with people around for whom swimming on a wave has become almost religion. These all causes that we won’t think here about anything else that a water session.

WAVE PRO CAMP LET'S KITE WITH THE CHAMPION Matchu Wave Pro Camp is a training under the expert eye of the world champion in kitesurfing Matchu Lopes. The training package includes exercises directly in water and Video Coaching, i.e. an analysis of technical aspects of your kiting, based on video materials registered during the session. Participant will be split into two groups ithat each of them will have max 10 persons. Thus, the trip is directed to both people willing to start their journey with swimming on a surfboard without footstrap, as well as people who want to improve their skills.
SPOT THE LONGEST LEFT IN THE WORLD … ALL YOU CAN RIDE In Peru, there are real items for all surfers: the longest two left waves in the world. One of them is located in Pacasmayo. Over 2 km of a single wave which is gently sloping, not so fast and flat as line. That’s the one in which we’ll have a chance to learn or improve wave swimming technique. This pearl of Peru has additionally safe bottom, is perfectly adjusted to wind line and, what’s the most important, it’s not crowded. These all cause that learning process on it is extremely efficient and swimming bring real immense pleasure of pure surfing. If you want to twist on a single wave for over 2 minutes without moving the kite, then it’s possible just here. SURFING, SUP… Because wind in Pacasmayo starts blowing not until noon, you’ll have an opportunity to surf every morning.

EL FARO ADVENTURE RESORT This is a complex of a dozen or so bungalows, located directly by the spot where we’ll be swimming. The whole is arranged in a very simple style without any luxury. Within the area of the facility, you’ll find the essential minimum which will be useful during the whole stay: a restaurant with regional cuisine and the best in the world Ceviche (seafood salad), a swimming pool, surf equipment rental. At our disposal there are 2, 3 or 4-bed bungalows in standard. Each of them has a room with single beds (2 rooms in 4-bed bungalows), bathroom with bath and toilette, a mini fridge, and what’s the most important, a view of the sea. WiFi is free of charge and available within the area.
