Any items not mentioned in this information are not component parts of the construction plan or within the scope of this description. Changes and modifications Modifications resulting from a buyer’s wishes are billed separately and are not a condition of this construction description. They can only be accommodated for and agreed to in writing by both parties. Resultant increases in installation/hook-up fees, overall additional expenses as well as increases in professional fees will be the burden of the buyer. Price reductions cannot be given as a result of requested reductions of standard features or subtracted against the addition of other features or modifications. Special requests made by the buyer, including changes in floor plan, are only possible to the degree that these can be implemented within the existing construction and architectural design framework and without damage to the existing construction sequence. The feasibility of such requests will be determined by the project’s draftsman, planners and statisticians. Royalties An additional royalty of 10% of all modifications and additional costs shall be awarded to the architect. Building permits Building permits for the completion of the “Sil Crest” development shall be issued by the Tujetsch municipality.
