1. Add 6 cups RightRice® to 2” hotel pan
2. Cover with 6 cups of tap cold water & stir
3. Steam for 12 minutes, stirring halfway
4. Remove from oven, cover, & let sit for 5 minutes
5. Fluff with fork

1. Add 5 lb bag RightRice® to 4” hotel pan
2. Cover with 13 cups of tap cold water & stir
3. Steam for 12 minutes, stirring halfway
4. Remove from oven, cover, & let sit for 5 minutes
5. Fluff with fork

2. Cover with 6 cups of boiling water & stir
3. Cover & let sit for 12 minutes
4. Fluff with fork
