MINIMUM ORDER
Our wholesale order minimum is $150 on all first time orders and $100.00 on all reorders. **There is a 6 pair minimum per style/ color/ size unless otherwise noted.
ONLINE ORDERING
Online ordering is available with all accounts that are opened with an email address. An email is automatically generated with the customer user id and a password. Log in at www.hotsoxb2b.com. The minimum reorder is $100.00.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Credit sheet or application needs to be submitted for Net 30 approval. We do not ship COD. All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change. All new customers are required to submit a copy of their tax resale certificate.

SHIPPING
Please allow 10 to 15 business days for your order to ship. FOB Mt Airy North Carolina. We ship UPS unless another method is requested. All Shipping dates are subject to transportation delays.
BACKORDERS
Backorders must be a minimum of $100. Must specify if backorders are approved.
RETURNS
If for any reason you need to return an item to us, please note a return authorization is required, and a 10% restocking fee is applicable. Product must be returned within 90 days and in good condition on accommodation returns.

Women: sock size 9-11 fits shoe size 4-10 1/2 Men: sock size 10-13 fits shoe size 6-12 1/2 Kids: XS/S = 2-4, S/M = 4-7, M/L = 8-9.5, L/XL = 9-11
UPC AND PRICE
All products are pre-priced and have UPC per style per colorway.
