Rather than wait for bank finance to be released, we use our loans for property offer to back our decisions for a standardised loan, terms & conditions. Like all Empire investments, the property loan is agreed at the outset & we will suggest a profile of property tailored to the context of the investor. This provides confidence that the funds are being used both strategically & immediately. We will also agree a formal loan agreement Deed which will be provided as part of the service but can be verified by your own Solicitor. Typically, loans last for twelve calendar months from the date of payment unless extended by the parties in writing and by mutual agreement. In most instances, we will also be able to provide details of the property for which the loan will be utilised to acquire. We offer a first charge for the loan amount against the investment property & can provide further charges against other Empire portfolio properties, should the loan amount exceed the initial property value. Lastly, we don't see loans for property clients as one off. Many become long term clients with the same or different offers, based on the results our model yields & because of the service we provide.
