When You Try to be the perfect eater – 

To err is a human and honestly, perfection is a myth. You cannot possibly make a strict diet plan or eating schedule which doesn’t fit with your lifestyle and stick to it every time. Rather, make a plan which mingles well with your own lifestyle. Do not stress yourself with it.


Trying to do it all alone – 

When you are trying to do something out of your comfort zone, you need a support system. Whether it’s your mom, your BFF or your colleague. Without a support system you possibly cannot achieve your target. If you cannot rely on anyone, then you have health coaches.
