Almond Milk and Blueberry blast—have not tried almond smoothies yet? Then try this simple almond and blueberry blast that contains antioxidants and a lot of proteins. Here is the recipe— 250 ml almond milk
150 grams Greek Yoghurt, fat free
60 grams blueberries
40 grams strawberries
Put all the ingredients in the blender, blend until it is smooth. Serve in a large glass and drink.
If you are a vegan, then you can replace the Greek Yoghurt with Banana and create a diary free smoothie.

250 ml Almond milk Half cup lime juice
50g mango
50g strawberries
¼ ginger, grated
Ice cubes
First add the fruits in the blender. Make a paste. Now add the lime juice, almond milk and ice cubes. Blend again until smooth. Serve it. Drink it.
