MORR & CO STRENGTHENS TEAMS WITH TWO NEW PARTNERS

Morr & Co LLP is delighted to announce the addition of two new Partners, Anne McAllister who has been promoted in the Family Law team, and Kristine Ng who is joining Morr & Co as a Property Dispute Resolution Partner. on the full range of contentious real estate matters. Based primarily in the fi rm’s Redhill offi ce, Kristine will advise both occupiers and owners on issues surrounding residential and commercial properties.

Anne McAllister, based in Morr & Co’s Wimbledon offi ce, joined the fi rm in 2015 and has built a fi rst-rate reputation as a family law solicitor. As well as dealing with the fi nancial issues following family breakdown, Anne also has a particular expertise in dealing with complex issues surrounding arrangements for children.

Kristine Ng joined the fi rm in August this year as a Partner in the fi rm’s Dispute Resolution team, focussing Prior to joining Morr & Co, Kristine worked at DMH Stallard, and was recognised as “One to watch” in the Chambers & Partners legal guide. Paul Harvey, Morr & Co’s Managing Partner said, “I am delighted to welcome both Anne and Kristine to the partnership. Anne has been an important member of the family team for many years, and her promotion recognises the outstanding contribution she makes to the fi rm and to her team. HORSES GIDDY-UP THEIR MOMENTUM AT CHARITY RACE NIGHT

This month, gallop straight to the Hare & Hounds Pub, Claygate for the pub’s annual race night in aid of Momentum Children’s Charity. Taking place on Tuesday October 13th from 7pm, the event is organised by Claygate Royals Football Club and promises a night of thorough-bred fun.

Momentum Children’s Charity provides personalised support for seriously ill children and the entire family. They are a lifeline to their families, supporting from diagnosis, for as long as they are needed so that no family has to cope alone. The charity currently supports around 260 families whose child has been diagnosed, as well as over 110 bereaved families each year.

Momentum is in partnership with nine hospitals across London, Surrey and Sussex. In addition to offering family support, the charity aims to improve the healing environment. This year, it has transformed the Children’s Outpatients Ward at Kingston Hospital with a welcoming seaside theme, delivered a fun-fi lled playroom to Royal Surrey Hospital, and a friendly isolation room to Worthing Hospital. As a charity receiving no statutory funding, Momentum Children’s Charity is entirely reliant on donations to continue its vital support.
