Our dedicated team has been actively exploring opportunities to acquire whisky at favourable prices, with a particular focus on duty-free bottles Simultaneously, we are in the process of introducing Travel Retail Exclusives to the UK market. These endeavours aim to enrich our product portfolio, providing our customers with a wider array of options and choices
We remain steadfast in our commitment to enhance sales through our Platinum-class online shop, continually adding enticing bottles to our inventory to ensure our customers have access to the finest selections. As for cask transactions and equity conversion, we have thoughtfully evaluated various cask transactions, often opting to convert their value into equity while maintaining transparent and consistent pricing. This approach has proven effective in ensuring a seamless process for our customers
In anticipation of our upcoming IPO, we are rigorously preparing our financial statements Our goal is to close our books monthly within two weeks, meeting the rigorous requirements for IPO readiness Our audit is proceeding as planned and is expected to conclude by the end of November This progress is of utmost importance as we prepare to submit our confidential F1 registration statement. We want to clarify that, due to regulatory restrictions, our ability to sell shares is currently limited. However, we are proactively engaging with our existing shareholders and cask owners to provide them with equity opportunities In collaboration with our underwriters, we will release a pre-IPO pack, which will offer a comprehensive overview of our offering
In addition to our core strategies, we are actively pursuing operational projects, including the exploration of potential distillery locations in various regions Our audit process is advancing smoothly, and we have enlisted a reputable auditing team with an office in the UK to ensure timely completion Furthermore, we are fine-tuning our business plan, pitch deck, and product designs to align with our growth trajectory.

We have made significant strides in our cask trading activities in the recent quarter We acquired 19 casks, including buyback transactions, and successfully sold 61 casks These sales generated total revenue of £138,419 52, including shipping and insurance costs and instalment payments
Impressively, 52 of these sales were business-to-business transactions, continuing to highlight our company’s evolving presence in the wholesale market Q3 cask sales accounted for 34 86% of our overall sales, indicating steady and consistent growth this quarter We look forward to continued success in the coming quarters
