Concept Plan
The goal of the Beyond the Bend Plan is a continuation of a unique development similar to that of the Bend of the River location. The project should complement Bend of the River through the use of similar guiding framework and strong connectivity. The abundance of open space and proximity to I-35 allows for compact residential, impactful commercial development, and prime office space. The presence of these land use types places more importance on a thoughtful integration of the pedestrian realm to maximize the overall harmony within the plan area.
