SPOTLIGHT Chalk Ridge Falls

Chalk Ridge Falls is an incredible outdoor nature park that we have right here in Bell County. Our family loves to take trips to this beautiful attraction.

The trails are easy to walk and there are several Instagram-worthy photo opportunities. We love to take photos on the suspension bridge, at the waterfall, and down by the river. The trail is about 3 miles long, but there’s plenty of loops in the trail for those looking for a shorter walk option. You can hike to the falls in minutes or take some of the longer trails through the entire park.

There’s so much to see at Chalk Ridge Falls. It’s the perfect place to take in the natural local landscapes of Central Texas, discover wildlife, splash around in the water, fish, and have a great time with the family. Chalk Ridge Falls is worth the trip when you find yourself in Bell County. I love the funfilled adventures and memories my family has made through our summer trips to Chalk Ridge Falls.
