Silent Auction Guidelines

The Jump Back Ball silent auction is located in the lobby of the KeyBank State Theatre.

The silent auction will open at 8:00 p.m. and close promptly at 11:30 p.m. Winners need not be present. Winners will be contacted by mid-March to arrange delivery and/or pick up of prizes. All prizes must be claimed by March 24, 2023.

To bid on an item, you must create an account. Accounts can be created by scanning the QR code below or by downloading the Bid Beacon app on your phone.

Click ‘Join Auction’ – choose the ‘create account’ button and enter your email, password and the access code W63L9K (if it doesn’t automatically populate). Once viewing the auction, click ‘set up payment’ to enter your credit card information and begin bidding. Credit cards are required to bid on items.

At the close of the auction, winners will immediately be charged via the credit card on file. A 3% surcharge will be added to help cover credit card fees. All sales are final.
