Herb-Crusted Rib Roast Spoil your guests with this succulent recipe! Ingredients: 1 beef standing rib roast 2 tbs wholegrain mustard 1 tbs chopped parsley 1 tbs chopped chives 1 tbs chopped thyme 2 red onions, cut into quarters 2 heads of garlic, halved widthways 1 tbs olive oil salt & pepper

Method: 1. Preheat oven to 425째F. Season beef with salt and pepper. Spread fatty side with the mustard. Combine parsley, chives, and thyme in a bowl. Sprinkle herb mixture over mustard. Place in a roasting pan. 2. Arrange onion and garlic around beef. Drizzle with oil. Cook for 20-25 minutes in oven. Reduce temperature to 350째F and cook for one hour 15 minutes for medium (or until desired internal temperature is reached). 3. Transfer beef to a platter. Cover with foil and set aside for 30 minutes to rest. Transfer onion and garlic to a plate and set aside. 4. Delicately arrange onions and garlic on the platter around the roast.

Stir to melt the butter, then mix in the lemon juice, pepper, and saffron. Let it steep over low heat for about 10 minutes. Strain before serving if desired.

Sauté until fragrant, 1 minute. Add tomatoes, olives, white wine, and capers. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tomatoes begin to break down and sauce thickens, about 20 minutes. 2. Taste for seasoning. Add a spoonful of sugar if needed. Keep warm. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in another skillet. Add ½ teaspoon red chili flakes. Arrange shrimp in one layer in the skillet. Season with salt. Cook until pink on both sides and just cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes, turning once. 3. Arrange the shrimp on a serving plate. Spoon the puttanesca over and around the shrimp. Garnish with parsley and serve over Rising Moon Organic Tortellini.

Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 10-inch springform baking pan. Crust: 1½ cups King Arthur Flour cup Woodstock Organic Sugar tsp salt ½ cup Woodstock Organic Unsalted Butter, softened 1 large egg

2. For the crust: Combine the flour, sugar, salt, and butter, and mix until crumbly. Add 1 egg and continue to mix until a soft dough forms. 3. Press the dough with a fork on the bottom and 1” up the sides of the pan. Bake for 15 minutes until light golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool to room temperature. Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F. 4. For the filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, flour, and mix at low speed until there are no lumps. Scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl to prevent cheese from is sticking. Add the lemon zest, salt, and vanilla, and mix to combine. Add 4 eggs, one at a time, mixing until incorporated. Stir in the sour cream. Remove one cup of batter and set aside, pour the filling over the crust. 5. Add ½ cup pumpkin purée, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, a pinch of allspice and last egg to the filling. Mix well and dollop evenly over the remaining batter in the pan. Swirl together with a sharp knife. 7. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. The middle should still jiggle when you nudge the pan; in fact, the cake will look underbaked. Measure the temperature of the cake an inch from the edge: when it reaches 175°F, turn off the oven. 8. Prop open the door, and let the cheesecake cool slowly in the oven for 1 hour. During this time the center will finish setting. Cooling the cake slowly will keep the top from cracking and ensure a smooth, even texture inside. Chill for 30 minutes and serve!
