Our company's journey began long before its official foundation in 2016. It all started in a modest workshop where our designers explored their creativity by experimenting with glass, ceramics, and metals. Each material taught us something unique, but it was with glass that we truly found our passion and honed our expertise. This humble workshop laid the foundation for the dedicated company we are today, driven by a commitment to perfection and creativity in every piece we create.

At PlusObject, our primary focus is on glass, a material with unique properties that enables us to create designer items in various configurations. By combining it with advanced techniques, we craft masterpieces of contemporary art, which is our specialty. Depending on the product's configuration, we can perform shaped glass cutting, drilling holes, and safe edge processing using various grinding wheels. If necessary, the surface can be treated with fine quartz sand under high pressure to give the glass a matte finish. Special float glass meets all environmental and quality standards (EN 572-1:2012, EN 12600:2002, ISO 14001:2015, EPD, etc.).
MELTING AND GLASS FORMING:
CRAFTING UNIQUE GLASS CREATIONS
Melting and Shaping: Melting is a heat treatment where gravity deforms the glass sheet. The raw glass is heated to high temperatures, ranging from 650 to 850 °C, until it becomes malleable. Our technologists then place the softened glass into meticulously prepared heat-resistant molds to achieve the desired texture and shape. As the glass conforms to the mold, our glass masters control the heating process with precision to ensure the exact consistency required for the relief pattern.
The glass forming process at PlusObject is sophisticated and labor-intensive, showcasing the highest level of craftsmanship and precision.
Annealing Process: Once the glass takes on the desired shape, it undergoes annealing at 530-560 °C to relieve internal stresses and increase strength. This crucial stage ensures the glass retains its mechanical properties and durability.
The glass masters must skillfully capture the precise moment to begin the annealing process, which is critical for determining the final appearance and integrity of the product.
The expertise of our glass masters is paramount. Our patented technology ensures that each piece of glass acquires a unique relief pattern, making every product one-of-a-kind.
GLASS COLORING TECHNIQUES:
CREATING A SPECTRUM OF SHADES
Titanium Thin-Film Coating: Advanced Metallic Finish for Glass : To achieve a mirror-like metallic shine, we place embossed glass in a vacuum chamber for titanium deposition. This precise technique allows us to control the titanium film's thickness and properties, tailoring them to specific requirements. Our patented parallel thermal processing method enriches the glass with a spectrum of vibrant colors, from rich golds and bronzes to deep indigos, blues, and purples. Titanium coating is non-toxic and highly compatible with the human biosphere, ensuring it does not react aggressively with living organisms. Additionally, it provides enhanced moisture protection for glass products, making them well-suited for outdoor environments.

Chemical Processes for Unique Surface Designs: By combining thermal and chemical treatments, we achieve a wide array of patterns and shades, producing over 50 distinctive designs. The chemically treated glass is heated to 250-360 °C in a furnace and maintained at this temperature for several hours. This ensures the development of new pattern structures in various color tones. The glass is then slowly cooled to stabilize internal stresses and prevent defects, resulting in a beautiful and durable final product.
At PlusObject, every detail of our glass products is meticulously inspected by our quality specialists and undergoes strict safety control measures.
To enhance safety and reliability, we offer additional features:
Modern Composite Material: Ultra-strong fibers are applied to the non-facial side of the product to significantly increase its strength and reliability.
Laminated Glass: Choose laminated glass for enhanced safety or aesthetic appeal, available with various fills for added durability and visual effects.
We ensure that every item is securely packaged to meet the highest standards of safety during transit. Our products are shipped with specialized packaging materials designed to protect them against any damage, ensuring they arrive in pristine condition at your location.
To guarantee long-term quality, we offer a 10-year warranty on the glass elements. The lifespan of our glass products is not limited, providing enduring beauty and reliability.
