EVA Europe 2010 The second annual Earned Value Analysis conference for Europe: EVA Europe 2010 (http://www.eva-europe.eu), to be held November 24 & 25, 2010 at Het Pand, Ghent (Belgium) will be dedicated to topical issues at the forefront of Earned Value Analysis/Management (EVA/EVM) practice and research. EVA Europe is organized by an independent team of high level experts in the domain in conjunction with Ghent University, Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School, the European Laboratory for Particle Physics (CERN) and the Geneva School of Business Administration (HEG). EVA Europe is the pivotal event propagating EVA (EVM) Best Practice throughout continental Europe. Over the years, EVA (EVM) has become a vital project management tool. This technique has been widespread in the Anglo-Saxon world for a number of decades and continental Europe is increasingly following suit. It is essential that researchers in this field of expertise have a European forum to stimulate interaction on the theme. Project Controls for Every Body: EVA Europe 2010 will propose a balanced combination of technical presentations, training and an academic track on the project control and performance measurement theme. Attendees Attendees can register on the website for a single day or for the full two days. All full conference registrations include entry to all conference sessions, morning and afternoon tea breaks and lunch. An optional evening dinner can be added as an ideal network opportunity. Students, speakers and partners (members of PMI Belgium) can register at reduced rates. Early bird registration is possible until September 30, 2010. Speakers Speakers can submit short or extended abstracts (see conference website). All accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings (USB or booklet). The DEADLINE for submitting your abstracts is September 4, 2010. For those papers accepted on the basis of the extended abstract, a possibility to submit a full paper will be evaluated by the organizing committee.
