FCTA disburses modern learning kits to 88 Schools Hussaini-Adejo heads FCT Archives & History Bureau

Mrs. Grace Hussaini-Adejo, has taken over the affairs of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Archives and History Bureau as its new Director.

Hussaini-Adejo takes over following the retirement of the former Director of the Bureau, Alhaji Mustapha Bagudu.

While addressing staff and management, in her office, the new Director expressed her desire to reorganize the Bureau for efficient service delivery.

She detailed information of all Secretariats, Departments and Agencies as well as the Area Councils from the inception of the FCT in 1976 will be archived for future generations.

Also, she assured that historical facts about Nigeria will be properly researched and documented for students, researchers and tourists in line with its mission and mandate.

Hussaini-Adejo, born on the 18th October, 1964 in Keffi, Nasarawa State, began her educational journey from Baptist Transferred Primary School, Keffi and proceeded to Mada Hills Secondary School, Akwanga in 1977 where she obtained her GCE in 1982.

She attended the School of Preliminary Studies (SPS) Keffi and upon graduation in 1986, she went to Ahmadu Bello University Zaria where she bagged a BSc in Business Administration in 1989.

She started her career with the Finance Department of the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) in January 1992.
