Adamawa REC assures of free, fair conclusive election

Yunusa Ari, has promised that the commission will conduct free, fair ,credible and acceptable elections in the state.

Hudu told journalists in Bauchi, that the electoral commission does not have a political party, and he is not a member of any party.

REC explained that the election was declared inconclusive due to the discrepancy found in the election results of the Fufore local Government Area, where the numbers of votes for members of the state assembly were found in the governorship election results sheets.

He added that there were reports of the theft of ballot boxes by unknown persons along the road, which resulted in three different results that could not be resolved.
