Gombe APC Kashere ward sacks Goje over ant-party

From David Hassan, Gombe The All Progressives Congress( APC) Kashere ward in Gombe state has sacked Sen. Mohammed Danjuma Goje from its party over ant-party activities. Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Kashere ward Mr. Tanimu Abdullahi made the announcement on Tuesday while briefing Journalists. He said the decision took place when a 5 man committee was inaugurated on the 17th of March 2023 to investigate the Senator over his ant-party role during the last general elections. According to him, after the deliberation, at a meeting a letter was issued to Senator Goje to appear before the committee for questioning but he turned the invitation. He said the APC constitution as amended on articule 21 sub 1, 2 and 3 has given them the power to sack him. While addressing Journalists, the chairman said series of letters were issued to Sen Goje to comply but to no avail.
