2023: Five political parties adopt Atiku in Yola NPC partners media for effective coverage

Ahead of the National Population Census 2023, the Federal Commissioner representing Nasarawa state Mr Silas Ali Agara has called on the media managers and practitioners in the state to contribute their quota through effective reportage.

Mr Silas made the call at the weekend during a one day capacity building for media executives and Journalists in the state with the aim of creating awareness to the people on the significance of the census and to ensure a smooth conduct of the exercise across the state.

The state NPC commissioner also assured that preparation have reached topgear for the conduct of the census in the state.

The Chairman of the Party, Dr. Adekunle Rufai Omo-Aje, asserted this during a live program aired on Procyon Radio and TV stations Kaduna, yesterday.

According to him, the deadline for old notes will socially and economically affect vulnerable people in the country.

Omo-Aje berated the Federal Government over the scarcity of three newly redesigned Naira notes, saying he believes that President Muhammadu Buhari was misled to approve the policy.

He explained that the whole scenario was a part of a long term agenda of these enemies of Nigeria.
