Niger deputy gov. says APC will wins Saturday’s Presidential election

Niger state Deputy Governor, and Coordinator of the Tinubu/Shettima Grassroots Independent Campaign Council, Alhaji Ahmed Mohammed Ketso has said that the organization has put in place strategy to mobilize about one million votes for APC Presidential candidate come Saturday.

Ketso announced this at a press conference in Minna, ahead of the Presidential and National Assembly Elections as structures that would facilitate mobilisation of votes for APC across the 4, 950 polling units in the state.
He explained that the strategy is through one-on-one campaign approach, 130, 697 members of the ruling APC with Permanent
Voter’s Card had been mobilized with a mandate for each of the 15 unit members to get 5 registered voters hence they are expected to deliver a total of 653,485 votes for the APC.
The deputy governor revealed that they are not scared or threatened by the major opposition political party the PDP campaign especially in zone A, because APC is the party to beat in the state and Nigeria.
According to Ketso, “each of the identified member of party with PVC had been tasked to mobilize at 5 voters to vote for Tinubu and Shettima which he said would give the outcome of 653, 485 votes for the APC on Saturday, adding that APC had the highest number of members with Permanent Voter’s Card in Niger state”.
He stated that the APC would take the lead in the forthcoming Presidential and National Assembly elections añd subsequent elections.
He said the Governor had already given the security agencies the task not to allow voter Aparthy as a result of the activities of hoodlums.
