Greetings from Happy December! I have good news…it’s almost winter break. Yay! Shoutout to all of the seniors that have been pushing through these past few months, you’re almost done! November was a great productive month for last minute membership recruitment, DCON planning and more! I am officially done with all of my club visits for my term but don’t hesitate to reach out to me if you’d like me to come to another meeting. This past month I had the pleasure of visiting Boulevard Kiwanis along with Nicholas San, Heritage President, at one of their meetings and I had so much fun meeting the wonderful Kiwanians that sponsor Heritage Key Club! Thank you to Boulevard Kiwanis for making us both feel so welcome. As there are 4 more months left in this Key Club year, I recommend everyone to make it all count by attending more service projects, coming to DCMs and hosting fundraisers for KCCP!

Greetings from your I am so proud of all of you for your service in November! We had a very successful, fun DCM making blankets (of which we had over 20 made!!! amazing!). In addition we had a great turn out for the Walk and Knock and bag folding. I can’t wait to see what you do in December, and future months! I will leave you all with a joke; what do you call people who are afraid of Santa Claus? Claustrophobic
It’s winter, which means the holidays are here! I love seeing pictures of festive Key Clubbers. And speaking of festivity, I had SO much fun listening to holiday music and making blankets at the dcm. everyone was so energized, and it set the mood for this month. I hope you all have a fantastic winter break, and I’m looking forward to seeing you all again in January.

DCON is really approaching quickly! If you haven’t already, look over awards your club can apply for and confirm budgets with your advisors! Start getting a list of interested attendees to plan your budget. Also, start setting aside a date for new officer elections, can you believe that officer retirement is in 3 months?? Now is a great time to reflect on the Key Club year and take action to fulfill any visions you have left. Happy holiday season!
