RECAP

Greetings from the Lt. Governor

Hello Division 44! Can you believe it’s already time to elect our next Lieutenant Governor for the 2017-2018 term? Even though I don’t officially retire until the end of March, I hope all of you know it was such an honor to serve our Division this year and watch all of you grow into compassionate and caring leaders. All the time you commit to helping those in need is truly inspiring and helps improve the lives of so many around us. Even simple gestures like giving someone a compliment or holding the door open for others can instantly brighten their day. If you find yourself motivated to be more involved in Key Club, consider running for an officer position in your home club which are just around the corner!

Club Spotlight Evergreen High School

Every year, Evergreen High School’s Key Club strives to participate in the annual Walk n’ Knock event. Luckily, the weather this year was mildly cold and skies were clear, as opposed to the usual heavy rain! We successfully packed (literally) tons of canned food and other supplies to be donated . to the Clark County Food Bank. We look forward to helping out again next year! In Care and Service, Daloun Inthathirath President of Evergreen Key Club

Distinguished Officer Melody, Union High School’s Key Club president has the highest attendance in our DCM’s, PCM’s and other meetings. She is an extremely caring and passionate leader that motivates her members to go above and beyond in service. Union’s membership has significantly increased since Melody has arrived and she continues to guide and assist her club to the best of her abilities. Her hard work and determination for maintaining a successful club is truly inspiring and I hope to learn something from her as a leader.

In Care and Service, Alyssa Libak Division 44 Lieutenant Governor
