Greetings from The Lt. G Hello Division 44! The month of April was fantastic! All of our clubs had service projects, new officers were installed, and plans are starting to take shape for the future. Another thing I have notice as well is that many clubs are starting to communicate with each other, which is FANTASTIC! I can’t express how happy it makes me to see Key Clubbers from different places uniting under service. That brings me to my next point. While we are on the path to becoming a more cohesive division, I want to stress that this I the final year of The Eliminate Project. This means that now more than ever we must band together as a Division to ELIMINATE MNT by focusing what efforts we can to this cause. I’m incredibly excited to see what is in store for 44 over the next year, and I know that with members as wonderful as you all, it can only be great.

April DCM The April DCM was held at Marine park, and was a joint DCM with between divisions 44 and 45. We played games/icebreakers, had an egg hunt, and culminated with a miracle minute raising over $45 for The Eliminate Project! Great job guys! Lt. Gs Stuart Sardo and Michelle Chang also got pied in the face as a result of the Miracle Minute.

Hi, my name is Avegail Avila. I was born in the Philippines and moved here when I was 3 (I visit back every 2 years or so). Key Club is a very big deal for me because I’ve been in a third world country and my family there struggles every day so I want to help those who cant help themselves. I enjoy playing soccer, tennis, and watching Netflix. My favorite pass time is reading and arts and crafts. I’m so excited to be a bigger part of key club and spread spirit around 44! Goals Dear Division 44, Over the course of my term, I want to bring all 7 of our clubs together, and help sow the division into a cohesive whole. To do this well I also plan to grow our smaller clubs, which can’t happen without the help and encouragement of our larger clubs. As Lieutenant Governor, I do not in fact have magical powers. However magic does happen, and it is because of all of you, the members. All of you have more of an impact on your community and those within it than most of you realize. Key Clubbers can make a difference. I also think that as a division, we can spread awareness and ELMINATE Maternal-Neonatal Tetanus, but to do that we need to strengthen our division so that it can perform to its full potential. I have seen Key Clubbers do amazing things with their communities, and I have no doubt that we can do this! In caring and service,

Mission
In local communities across the country, we're helping moms take charge of their health, and supporting families when something goes wrong. The March of Dimes also acts globally: sharing best practices in perinatal health and helping improve birth outcomes where the needs are the most urgent.
Children’s Miracle Network Preferred Charity
Children's Miracle Network (CMN) was established nationally in 1983 to help children by actively supporting improved health care for millions of young people around the world. CMN's mission is to generate funds and awareness programs for the benefit of children served by its associated hospitals, now numbering more than 170 nationwide.
Preferred Charity
UNICEF promotes the rights and wellbeing of every child, in everything we do. Together with our partners, we work in 190 countries and territories to translate that commitment into practical action, focusing special effort on reaching the most vulnerable and excluded children, to the benefit of all children, everywhere.
