Division 44, My initial goal of uniting the division through service is well on the way to success, and I cannot express how proud I am of the schools that have already started working together. Also, having seen the success of the Nepal Fundraiser, and all of your efforts to raise a massive amount of money in one short week, I now have another goal. I want our Division to raise $1000 for The Eliminate Project? Think that’s outrageous? Guess what? We’ve already raised over $470! We can do it. In caring and service,
Stuart Sardo

Happy November 44! Key Club is kicking into high gear as the school year goes on. I hope everyone is doing well and surviving schoolwork. Be thinking of ways to support our District Project in the final months of The Eliminate Project. Also, start fundraising for DCON, which is coming up fast next year. Be aware of the upcoming Lt. G elections, and feel free to ask me questions. I’m very thankful to have such a wonderful division, what are you thankful for?

Lieutenant Governor Election When: Early - Mid January As DCON approaches in March, it’s coming time to elect a new Lieutenant Governor of Division 44, to be installed at DCON in March (). This will be done by an election caucus where each club sends TWO DELEGATES to listen to candidate’s speeches, have the opportunity to ask questions, and vote on the new Lt. G. Keep in mind that this will be a serious and professional proceeding. This position is a very big responsibility, but very rewarding.
If you are considering running, contact me through Facebook or email to let me know ASAP. I will be happy to answer any questions.

Officer Elections When: February Again, as DCON approaches it draws closer to the time of the year where club’s elect new officers such as President, VP, Secretary, etc. These officers are instrumental in the success of a Key Club. If you would like to know more about running for office, consult your home club’s officers to let them know of your interest. Elected officers are highly encouraged to attend DCON 2016.
