ARMOR SMART™

Version 1.0

View, build, and customize your body armor according to your individual preference for fit, function and protective coverage, all in real-time.

QUICK START DESKTOP

1. Go to PointBlankEnterprises.com. Click the ARMOR SMART™ link in the top menu.

2. Click a category (CONCEALABLE, TACTICAL, SHIELDS or HARD ARMOR PLATES AND HELMETS).

QUICK START MOBILE

1. Go to PointBlankEnterprises.com. Tap the menu icon at the top right.

2. Tap the ARMOR SMART link.

3. Tap a category (CONCEALABLE, TACTICAL, SHIELDS or HARD ARMOR).

Getting to know Armor Smart

Armor Smart is an interactive body armor configurator app for desktop and mobile devices. The app enhances the product review experience by giving end users an opportunity to configure their body armor based on key features such as the ballistic shape, coverage, and NIJ threat level, as well as predefined options. There are four core categories to select from:

1. Concealable Body Armor (including Crossover/Outer vest carriers)

2 . Tactical Body Armor

3. Ballistic Shields

4. Hard Armor Plates

Saving the App Icon to Your Mobile Phone Home Screen

Apple IOS

1. Open Safari and navigate to the Armor Smart web page as described on page 3. Tap the SHARE icon at the bottom.

2. Tap “Add to Home Screen.”

3. Tap “Add.”

4. An icon for Armor Smart will be added to your mobile phone’s home screen.

Android OS

1. Open the Chrome Browser and navigate to the Armor Smart web page as described on previously. Tap the three dots at the top right of the screen.

2. Tap “Add to Home Screen.”

3. Tap “Add.”

4. An icon for Armor Smart will be added to your mobile phone’s home screen.

Concealable Body Armor

Select a soft armor panel shape.

This info changes for each selection.

For each selection, you will see a description of the panel shape, links to the corresponding carriers according to the panel shape, and a link to the available ballistic options.

Tactical Body Armor

Select coverage area.

This info changes for each selection.

For each selection, you will see a coverage/placement description and links to the specific tactical carriers that provide the selected coverage area.

Ballistic Shields

Use the advanced filter to display specific shields and corresponding features. Use the sort function to display the shields in sequential order, according to the applicable NIJ threat level, weight or size.

Filter

Use the filter dropdown menus.

Sort

Use the sort links to sort by feature.

Clicking a product image will open the product details page.

Hard Armor Plates

Use the advanced filter to display specific plates and corresponding features. Use the sort function to display the plates in sequential order, according to the applicable NIJ threat level, weight, thickness or size.
