TACTICAL BODY ARMOR
PLATE RACK
The Plate Rack is a minimalist carrier designed to hold a front and back rifle plate. The Plate Rack is intended to “plus up” conventional soft armor by being worn over the uniform in active shooter type scenarios to protect the officer from high velocity rifle threats which soft armor is not capable of defeating.
Accommodates rifles plate sizes 8x10 and 10x12, and adapts to thin steel rifle plates and thicker composite rifle plates.
PLATE CARRIER
The Plate Carrier is designed to accommodate front and back rifle plates, with additional soft armor “plate backers” and side armor panels. Side plates can also be added to supplement protection along the cummerbunds. Plate Carriers can be worn over conventional soft armor, or as a stand-alone system.
Accommodates rifle plate sizes 10x12, and ESAPI Sizes. Can accept thicker composite rifle plates, and steel rifle plates if enclosed in the Steel Plate Spall Cover.
SCALABLE PLATE CARRIER
Bridging the gap between a Plate Carrier and a tactical vest, the Scalable Plate Carrier takes the concept of a Plate Carrier with the added benefit of becoming a highly maneuverable and scalable “Light Tactical Carrier” with the addition of optional ballistic accessories. The Scalable Plate Carrier accepts rifle plates in front and back, and is available with plate backer soft armor and side cummerbund inserts.

The Light Tactical Carrier is intended to provide minimal overlapping ballistic coverage in the main torso area to allow for optimum mobility. In addition, the Light Tactical Carrier can accept rifle plates in front and back, as well as side cummerbund inserts. This carrier type can be adapted from a base coverage model to a larger coverage style with additional accessory protection.
Available with optional ballistic inserts and accessories: Throat, Collar, Trap, Biceps, Front Lower Ab and Lower Back Extenders, and Groin Protector. Accepts most MOLLE configurable pouches.

MEDIUM TACTICAL
The Medium Tactical Carrier is intended to provide full torso coverage without the addition of supplementary ballistic panels normally required in lighter coverage carriers, while still maintaining a reasonable level of mobility. Extended side wings from the front and back panels allow for side overlap without the need for cummerbund ballistic inserts. This carrier type can accept rifle plates in the front and back, and available side cummerbund soft armor inserts. It can be adapted from a base medium tactical carrier design to a fully kitted tactical carrier.

HEAVY TACTICAL
The Heavy Tactical Carrier has the largest coverage area of tactical carrier designs and affords the greatest amount of protection. The front and back ballistics are wider to close gaps normally left for mobility in other coverage styles. The Heavy Tactical is well suited for operations that require maximum protection for multiple angles or movement though areas of high risk rather than situations that require more maneuverability.
In addition to full wrap around front and back ballistic panels, this carrier type can accept rifle plates front and back, and available side cummerbund soft armor inserts. It can be adapted from a base heavy tactical carrier design to a fully kitted tactical carrier.

PYLON-LITE BELT
The Pylon-Lite is a patented load distribution system that allows equipment weight to be shifted from the torso to the waist region while having the option to include ballistic protection. Contoured to cup the hips, and equipped with removable foam padding and a DWR high abrasion resistant liner, the belt can accommodate MOLLE style attachment pouches, 2” plastic clip mounted pouches, as well as having openings designed to be used in conjunction with a rigger, instructor, or gun belt. Harnesses and drop leg equipment can also be routed through openings. The Optional Pylon-Lite Spine also provides weight distribution to support the weight of the carrier off of the shoulders and transfer to the hips, while minimally affecting range of motion.

SOB SS-4™
NIJ LEVEL 4 SHIELD AND CARRY SYSTEM
NIJ Level 4 shields are heavy, that’s a fact, but sometimes we simply need the added ballistic protection that body armor and lightweight shields just cannot provide. The SS-4™ Shield and Carry System by Special Ops Bunker incorporates a multi-hit NIJ Level 4 rated shield into a simple carry system that results in a mobile, versatile, freestanding defensive position.
Operation is simple; the shield slides into the rails on the carry system where it is held securely. The shield can be quickly removed and used separate from the carry system in various configurations as needed. The carry system features wheels with locking swivels, allowing for easy steering and side-to-side movement as well; it also folds down for more convenient storage.
The shield is constructed of advanced ceramic armor that minimizes weight while offering durability and multi-hit capability. As with all SOB defense systems, the viewport and bolt faces are certified to the same ballistic rating as the surrounding armor. The shield comes standard with a tri-grip style handle, lighting is optional. Wheels, axles, and run-flat tires can also withstand multiple gunshots.
We also offer the shield in a NIJ Level 3-Plus option for those looking to reduce weight by a few pounds.

SECOND GENERATION COLLAPSIBLE DEFENSE SYSTEM
The SOB II™ is an evolution of the legendary collapsible defense system pioneered by Special Ops Bunker. It is designed for efficient transport and quick deployment. After all, armor is worthless if you can’t take it with you.
Our unique patented design allows the SOB II™ to collapse into a single compact unit, small enough to fit in the trunk of a patrol car for transport or storage. When you need the SOB II™ it can be fully deployed in one minute or less. This makes the SOB II™ ideal for a broad range of tactical deployments.
The SOB II™ is available with modular side panels that can be quickly removed to function as hand-carry shields. The side panels swing back, offering added protection on the sides, and also allows the SOB II to pass easily through a single-wide doorway. When placed in the forward position, the side panels offer a wider overall ballistic protection area.
The SOB™ armor system is certified to meet or exceed NIJ 0108.01 standards. Wheels, axles, and run-flat tires can also withstand multiple gunshots.

LIGHTWEIGHT RIFLE-RATED DEFENSIVE POSITION
We have incorporated the latest in modern armor technology to create the SOB NEMESIS one of the lightest and most nimble rifle-rated defensive positions available. We designed this system for situations where optimal mobility, lightning-fast deployment, and efficient transport are essential to success.
The SOB NEMESIS™ is available in lightweight NIJ level 3 armor, as well as NIJ level 3-Plus armor which is certified to defeat the special threats of the M855 and 7.62x39 MSC. As with all SOB defense systems, the viewport and bolt faces are certified to the same ballistic rating as the surrounding armor.
The system features a removable shield that can be quickly detached and used independently as a hand-carry shield. The SOB NEMESIS also has an integrated Foxfury light. The entire system folds in half for convenient storage and transport. The wheels are self-healing and maintain functionality even after taking direct gunfire.

LIGHTWEIGHT MODULAR DEFENSE SYSTEM
The SOB TAC-WALL™ is a revolutionary new concept in personal defense brought to you by Special Ops Bunker. It consists of lightweight ballistic shields that can be used independently or in combination. What makes the TAC-WALL™ incredibly versatile is that the individual shields can be quickly linked together, side-by-side, to form a continuous, freestanding ballistic wall. All shields are identical, so there is no limit to the number of shields that can be linked together.
The design team at Special Ops Bunker has gone over the top to make the TAC-WALL™ reliable and easy to use. Handles and other optional components are affixed using QD attachments and an integrated M-LOK rail system, making the system extremely customizable. A rigid carry bar allows for comfortable transport of multiple TAC-WALL™ shields. The hardware used to link TAC-WALL shields is entirely integrated into the system, so no need to worry about loose parts getting misplaced or lost during an operation. With the optional Vehicle Attachment System, TAC-WALL™ shields can be hung from the side of a vehicle to provide ballistic protection for “soft-skin vehicle rescues.” The TAC-WALL™ is also designed to integrate seamlessly with other SOB products such as the SENTRY™ defense system.
