Reusable Hygiene Products

The City offers grants to help reduce the use of disposable hygiene products and thus decrease its environmental footprint.

This program will allow you to receive a grant applicable when purchasing reusable diapers, feminine hygiene products, bedwetting products and incontinence products.

To obtain the grant, simply fill out the online form or go to the multiservice counter at City Hall with your documents.

Memorial Benches

The City offers citizens the option of having a commemorative plaque added to one of its public benches in memory of a loved one.

A plate with a personalized message of 350 characters will be placed on the chosen bench. The commemoration period is 25 years.

ONE BIRTH, ONE MEMORY, ONE TREE

Did you know that you can plant a tree on public property to mark a birth or to commemorate a loved one?

Trees planted through this program will bear a medallion with the name of a loved one. The applicant will receive a map confirming the location of the tree, along with the species of the selected tree.

Emerald Ash Borer Control Strategy Grant

A grant is offered for the felling of ash trees with a diameter of 25 centimeters or more as part of the strategy to combat the emerald ash borer. The grant represents 50% of the felling price, up to a maximum of $500 per tree.

To apply for the grant, all you need to do is fill out the online form. Following your request, you will receive a visit from an inspector to assess the situation. He will then present you with his recommendations. Ash tree owners must plan for the felling and gradual replacement of these trees with other species.
